A la edad de 18 años ingresé a la escuela de medicina en USAC (Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala), no terminé y me cambié a Biología donde me encontré a mí mismo y mi pasión por la naturaleza. A la edad de 22 años, me enamoré del acordeón y aprendí cómo tocarlo, luego recibí algunas horas de piano y percusión, amo una vida bohemia aunque no vivo una, viajero por naturaleza. Ser capaz de observar y estudiar las maravillas del océano me dio más confianza y confirmé lo que quería hacer para la vida, además de tener la oportunidad de presenciar un rayo para proteger sus huevos, nadar con tiburones Mako y Nurse y alimentarlos, entre algunas otras experiencias relacionadas con la naturaleza ... vivo con mi mamá y mi papá y mi perro Cyra, su amor y apoyo me hacen despertar cada día y luchar más duro, siempre llevo a mi hermano y mi abuela en mi corazón y su la calidez me fortalece y me anima. Tengo una devoción eterna por mis mejores amigos. Apoyador de flora y fauna, especialmente si está relacionado con el agua y el océano. Sin miedo a los desafíos, a los jugadores (ama a Nintendo), al deporte y al senderismo, actualmente estoy tratando de aprender italiano y francés y trabajo como profesora de inglés para apoyar mis estudios y ayudar a mi familia. More about Ximena: Born in Guatemala City, since I was a child I was interested in water sports and one of my first drawings was a water scooter. At the age of 18 I got into med school in USAC (Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala), I didn't finish and switched over to Biology where I found myself and my passion towards nature. At the age of 22, I fell in love with the accordion and taught myself how to play it, then received a few hours of piano and percussion, love a bohemian life though I don't live one, traveller by nature. Being able to observe and study the wonders of the ocean gave me more confidence and I confirmed what I wanted to do for life, as well as having the opportunity to presence a ray protect her eggs, swim with Mako and Nurse sharks and feed them, among a few other nature related experiences... I live with my mom and dad and my dog Cyra, their love and support make me wake up each and every day and fight harder, I always carry my Brother and Grandmother in my heart and their warmth strengthens and encourages me. I have an undying devotion to my best friends. Flora and fauna supporter, specially if it's water-ocean related.
